they've unified the sparc/sparc64 headers, so arch/sparc64/ isnt really needed should be worked around in cvs in the meantime http://sources.gentoo.org/sys-kernel/linux-headers/linux-headers-2.6.27-r2.ebuild?r1=1.1&r2=1.2
