Description:   Opened: 2008-10-25 13:40 0000 
xdvipdfmx in texlive-core-2008 conplain that:
** WARNING ** Could not open config file "dvipdfmx.cfg".

seem this is because "progname" of "xdvipdfmx" has been changed from "dvipdfm"
to "dvipdfmx" on 2008-05-17. So dvipdfmx.cfg should be in
$TEXMF/dvipdfmx/config.

After I put a link in /usr/share/texmf/dvipdfmx, which symlink to
/etc/texmf/dvipdfm/dvipdfmx.cfg， and run texhash,
the conplain was gone :)
