Hello, I am attaching "piozone-1.0-ebuild_set.tar.gz", which contains an ebuild for piozone-1.0, a Manifest file, a digest and a patch I wrote to make it compile with no errors (thanks to AngusYoung!). Piozone is a hard-disk benchmarking tool, very similar to hdparm -tT, that also has a "time function". I find it very nice. I'd suggest putting it under app-benchmarks. It depends on only on gcc to compile. My only concern is with the program's license. The website says "Piozone is freely available and may be used by anyone without any restrictions except that you may not pretend that you wrote this." I put it as GPL-2 but someone wiser should pick (or maintain) a more appropriate license.

Created an attachment (id=14443) [details] ebuild 1.0-r2, digest, manifest, patch I updated the ebuild as piozone does not work properly unless you're root.
