Change "is prioritary" to "has priority" for qt3 flag.  This may be a legitimate noun or pronoun in medical or other such "vertical" types of lingo, but it's not mainstream English.

Thanks for the information. Don't look too far, it's only frenglish. ;o)

I'll fix that for the next version bump.
