Bug 24061 – torcs-1.2.1.ebuild (Update)

I installed torcs 1.0.0-r1, but the installed game did not work really. On the torcs 
homepage I learnt that there already exists a new version of torcs, 1.2.1. I compiled 
it by hand and it ran without problems. So I contribute the new version as an ebuild. 
If new versions of the dependencies would be better, please update it, but here, the 
original merged ones work well.

i bumped torcs in cvs to 1.2.1, thanks for the submissions :)
