The files...
       ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzcode2008g.tar.gz
...and...
       ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzdata2008g.tar.gz
...are now available; these reflect the changes circulated last week on
the time zone mailing list to fix a broken HTML anchor and to update
Brazil's DST transitions; there's also a slight reordering of
information in tz-art.htm

Hi, there is a problem with timezone-data-2008e and maybe with timezone-data-2008f
Argentinian law N° 25.155 is no longer valid.
http://www.infoleg.gov.ar/infolegInternet/anexos/60000-64999/60036/norma.htm
The new one is law N° 26.350
http://www.infoleg.gov.ar/infolegInternet/anexos/135000-139999/136191/norma.htm

So there is no summer time in Argentina for now.

I don't know where to inform this to update tzdata & tzcode

Thanks

Juan: this bug is about the bump request to version 2008g of timzone-data.
your problem is a separate issue, so please open a separate bug for your problem. thank you for your understanding.

Actually the misinformed(?) DST change for Argentina doesn't appear to be fixed in 2008g.
