math-pari doesn't get picked up as already installed by g-cpan.pl

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. g-cpan.pl Crypt::DES
Actual Results:  
Watch it try and install Math::Pari even if you already have dev-perl/math-pari
installed


Expected Results:  
Realiased it was already installed and used the installed copy.
