texlive should block dev-tex/listings since it already includes the version 1.4
(at least it downloads the file texlive-module-listings-2007.zip)

note that app-text/texlive shouldn't block anything as it doesn't install
anything and is just here to reflect what upstream provides and help people
installing it easily :)
