I will attach the named file to this bug after this is filed.

The problem is that the patch attempts to apply the changes to a file called Makefile.new instead of Makefile, and Makefile.new doesn't exist in the source tarball. I will also attach a patch for the patch after this bug is filed which I applied in a local overlay, which works.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge caps-plugins

Actual Results:
The emerge fails when trying to apply the patch.

Expected Results:
The patch should have applied properly.

The patch for the patch currently used in the caps-plugins ebuild.

This patch is the result of manually editing the patch and the filenames that it references, but it works.
