Please mark the said ebuild stable on your arch.
I know it's not 30 days yet but with the usual latency in stabilization requests and the changeset between 3.0.31 and 3.0.32 being small, I don't consider that an issue.

For the testing: Upstream decided to make the tests require write access to the live system (using hardcoded paths, see comments in the ebuild). You'll therefore have to install the server, start it and test with a client. I'm sorry for that.
