They are very useful, for example, under gnome when resizing desktop icons

Attached ebuild.diff installs all icons but 20x20 (seems not common) at /usr/share/icons/hicolor, then, is needed to use gnome2-utils.eclass for updating icon cache, but this is not a problem because it doesn't add any new dep
