With USE="bacula-clientonly bacula-console python qt readline ssl X wxwindows", the wxwindows console, wx-console, doesn't get built or installed Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Turn on bacula-console X wxwindows, install bacula 2. Wait for it to install Actual Results: No wxwindows gui gets installed. Expected Results: wxwindows gui gets installed.
which version? is this valid for current stable / testing ebuild? if not lease close that bug.
I forget what version i was using, but it also affects 2.4.1-r1.
This also affects bacula-2.4.4. In the config.log file for 2.4.4, I see: enable-bwx-console: no That means the "--enable-bwx-console" isn't getting passed to "configure". It would also be nice if a USE flag were added to build the tray monitor ("--enable-tray-monitor").
Will take care...
the ebuild wasn't using wxwidgets.eclass, meaning if the user didn't have a profile selected with eselect the configure test for /usr/bin/wx-config would give an error and disable bwx-console. any ebuild that uses wxGTK needs to use the eclass. fixed.
