When I open a torrent with transmission and transmission has to start first, it would crash on startup. When I start transmission first and then open a torrent with it, it does not crash.
I can't reproduce it with 1.22. If necessary, I can try other versions, too, but atm my CPU is busy, so would do so later.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install transmission-1.1.0
2. terminate any running transmission client
3. Open a torrent using transmission

Actual Results:  
transmission crashes

Yeah, 1.22 should be stabilized.
