Function elisp-comp has been deprecated, see bug 235442. elisp-compile should be used instead.

Furthermore, the Emacs site-init file doesn't set the load-path. Attached patch will fix it.

dev-scheme/gambit in the lisp overlay is still not fixed. Or rather, after the version in the main tree was fixed, a "bad" version was committed to the overlay. :-(

Removed, since it was older than the version in the main tree anyway.
