Erlang installs a broken symlink (/usr/bin/ear), there is no such binary where
it points to, after asking on #erlang on irc.freenode.net it turns out ear was
a tool which is no longer around. Thus the broken symlink should be removed

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge erlang
2. ls -l /usr/bin/ear

Actual Results:  
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 25 20 aug 16.04 /usr/bin/ear ->
/usr/lib64/erlang/bin/ear
(flashing red to indicate broken symlink, checked by hand that that was
actually the case too)

Expected Results:  
The broken symlink shouldn't exist.
