Hi all, I found that having -doc has no effect while emerge libphoto2-2.4.*, whats more, the emerge process seems to hang while generating docs at a certain position. Ataching my emerge --info and the emerge log afterwards. I am not entirely sure, but does the fact that GTKDOC=/bin/true set during the ./configure process lead to this? Created attachment 166302 [details, diff] libgphoto2-doc.patch this patch will build the code documentation (with doxygen) with USE="doc". I don't see any docs installed with USE="-doc"...
fixed in 2.4.2 without a bump. Thanks to maekke for poking me. I've also tried to make gtk-doc documentation work but it just doesn't build so it's out for now. (but GTK_DOC=/bin/true shouldn't change anything about that anyway.) If you still have problems with 2.4.2 please reopen and indicate your doxygen version and attach build.log.
