sparc stable

Not sure about 4.2.2-r2, but recently 4.2.3 popped up and is failing to build
on mips. 4.2.2 has been working fine as far as I can tell:

Stable on alpha.

maybe it's normal, but fails if dependendencies (and program itself) are
compiled with LDFLAGS="-Wl,--as-needed" on amd64 (gcc-4.3.2)

failures do not belong in stabilization reports ... open new ones please
