Fixed in ppp-2.4.4-r18.
I had to find another solution, because LDFLAGS=-shared shouldn't be used when linking programs.

It doesn't work, because LDFLAGS_PROG isn't exported.

Oops... Fixed by exporting LDFLAGS_PROG. Thanks!
