Description:   Opened: 2008-07-22 16:20 0000 
(respectively).
pam_nologin was changed on 7.0 from being an authentication module to an
account module (cvslog on the url).
pam_unix has no session management functions (according to the manpage [1])

Then, pam_nologin should be changed from auth to account (and be specified only
there), and pam_unix should be removed from the session section on system-auth.
