remove stricter from your FEATURES or provide a patch and report upstream.

stricter removed. The package doesn't emerge anyway due to "this code is not 64bit clean".

Comment 3 Daniel Gryniewicz (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2008-07-17 19:27:41 UTC
We consider this a portage bug. A workaround is to add -Wno-implicit to your CFLAGS. We cannot fix upstream issues that don't seem to cause actual problems.

Ok, thanks.
Comment 5 Santiago M. Mola (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2008-09-17 10:15:23 UTC
Preferably report this upstream. And gnome-office feel free to apply a patch if you want, I don't think amd64 team is going to do this on our own.

If you want us to review a patch or do some testing, CC us back. Thanks.

Add missing include directives

The fix for "implicit declaration" warnings is to include the proper header file(s). Here's the 2 line fix that allows gnotime-2.3.0-r2 to build cleanly without QA warnings on AMD64.

ebuild with missing-includes.patch

I upgraded the 2.3.0-r2 ebuild, with the missing-includes.patch.

It works fine on my amd64.

Thanks

Fixed in -r3. Thanks for your patience.
