New pcsc-lite-1.4.102 version available. Please add it to portage.

The dropping of udev was done because the author did not know to deal with unplug, but I found a solution for this. Then I had some issues with fork()... solved and merged this too... And when I had some issues with software suspend (threading) I gave up and switched to openct. I guess with some effort I can reintroduce the udev support and merge this to upstream.
