Please stabilize app-admin/eselect-xvmc-0.1

Once this is done, I'd like to add this package as a PDEPEND of
x11-libs/libXvMC so that users can use it to select their XvMC implementation
easier and add a einfo notice in there to use it.

trivial stablization (it just uses ls and makes a symlink...) so I matched the
keywords for libXvMC
