@amd64 and x86 teams: please read the first comment. In addition to gammu, I
want you to stabilize these packages:
  dev-python/python-gammu-0.26 
  app-mobilephone/wammu-0.28 (original request was for 0.27, but this version
was in the tree for quite some time)

minor things:
