Yes, this was just committed, feel free to ignore for 30 days if you feel it is
necessary.  However, the only change was the removal of the smp USE flag due to
valid concerns raised by the amd64 team.  See
http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=224099#c14 and on for more details.

I apologize up front for having to ping you all again about essentially the
same ebuild.

Is smp locking enabled by default?  I would think we always want it on.  (I
assume so from the amd64 comment, but neither ebuild nor ChangeLog says.  So I
have to unpack the thing by hand and see what the configure file says.)

Sparc stable.  All my sparc testing was with USE=smp, and everything is still
fine with FEATURES=test.
