/opt/intel/mkl/10.0.3.020/include/mkl_cblas.h

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge mkl
2. ls -l /usr/include/cblas.h
3.

Actual Results:  
cyclic symbolic link

Expected Results:  
symbolic link /usr/include/cblas.h pointing to /usr/include/cblas.h ->
/opt/intel/mkl/10.0.3.020/include/mkl_cblas.h

happens on sci-libs/mkl-10.0.2.018-r1 too
