Enlightenment is not able to build its menu when it is first run. There is a message on 
console telling that the file /usr/bin/e_gen_menu does not exist. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. From the console run 'XSESSION=enlightenment startx' 
2. Try accessing the main menu (Left clicking the mouse) 
3. Log out of Enlightenment 
4. There is a message in console regarding the missing /usr/bin/e_gen_menu file 
Actual Results:  
The main menu is not displayed. 

Expected Results:  
The generation and display of the main menu.

ok, they accidently removed it before the pre3 release ... but its back now in
cvs ... in the meantime the ebuild installs the scripts with a `dobin`
