The ebuild script removes a series of files and directories, in the Sample
subdirectoy, needed to be able to use the examples.

Namely, the directory Samples/Common/bin and any bin directory, Makefiles and
some files specific to IDEs running on MS Windows.

If removing MS Windows files is ok, removing bin directories must not be done,
because they contains configuration and sometimes data files.

For the makefile I was told that removing them is ok, but that autoreconf
should be used. Would it be possible to add that step in the ebuild?

1.Add the following line in package.use:
dev-games/ogre examples
2.emerge the package

Actual Results:  
/usr/share/doc/ogre-1.4.9/Samples/Common/bin is missing.
Makefiles in subdirectories of /usr/share/doc/ogre-1.4.9/Samples are missing


Expected Results:  
/usr/share/doc/ogre-1.4.9/Samples/Common/bin present with all its content.
Building files generated by autoreconf (Makefile or other) present in
subdirectories of /usr/share/doc/ogre-1.4.9/Samples

ebuilds that fix the problem

This ebuild do not remove any file from the Samples directory, and thus must be
a little bit rework.

Additionally it modifes some config files in the Samples directories regarding
locations of OGRE lib, see the for loop in src_unpack()

1.4.9 won't be fixed up any more.  We'll focus on 1.6.1.  Any changes to the
1.6.1 ebuild should be in a separate bug.
