Sphinx 0.4 ebuild

I copied sphinx-0.3.ebuild.

It emerges fine. However, the dependencies may be out of date or the wrong version.

I've also successfully emerged sphinx-0.4 by copying sphinx-0.3.ebuild. Seems to work, though I haven't tested it thoroughly. Please bump.

sphinx-0.4.1 is out.
Copying the old ebuild works fine.

A new package (dev-python/mpmath) uses sphinx to produce html docs (with USE=doc). sphinx-0.4 successfully processes a non-trivial amount of documentation. So, I think, it is well tested.

sphinx-0.4.2 is out. Copying sphinx-0.3.ebuild works fine. Emerging with FEATURES=test shows no errors. Previous versions produced some errors (bug #231365 for 0.3; 0.4.1 also gave some errors, although different ones). Please do bump the version and close these 2 bugs. I can do this myself, but I am not in the python herd, so, I need your "OK" for doing so.

Added dev-python/sphinx-0.4.2 to CVS with test USE flag.
