Please update the acx ebuild in portage to get wpa-support and compatibility with the new mac80211.

As hinted in red letters, "Gentoo Bugzilla" is not the correct product to file bugs regarding ebuilds. Please use "New -> Gentoo Linux -> Component: Ebuilds" in future.

Upstream stopped updating given git repository and thus, mac80211 version there.
We are very sorry. I am instead preparing to commit a new, fixed version of net-wireless/acx that works with latest kernels.

Updated ebuild from an apparently maintained git clone

Hi,

the attached ebuild uses oli1417's clone and works nicely with a DWL-120+ USB device.  I chose to select a specific commit that compiles with currently stable gentoo-sources-2.6.31-r6 after struggling some time to find a working one.
To get the usb device working, I also added pci and usb USE flags, the former defaulting to on, the latter to off.

Updated ebuild, requires 2.6.32 kernel

This one is updated to Oliver's new commit thanks to which transfers of more than a few MB are actually working.  Also fixes a memory leak.  Requires 2.6.32 though.
