Description:   Opened: 2008-06-21 22:34 0000
My $HOME is on a root squashed nfs... When I run "sudo emerge -1a glibc" from
within my login directory it fails the preinst tests because /bin/ls trys to
list my home dir which "root" isn't allowed to do on a root squashed nfs.

Reproducible: Always
