Description:   Opened: 2008-06-18 13:01 0000 
nss-3.12 has been released yesterday, along with firefox-3.0. Firefox-3.0
should not depend on it's release candidate but on it's final release. I'll
check if the ebuild of rc4 needs any changes to work with final.

I just successfully compiled nss-3.12 with the ebuild of nss-3.12_rc4. I
assume, the tar.bz2 package of nss on the mirrors is created by the gentoo
team, so I created my own tar.bz2 package out of the tar.gz package available
from the download page which I changed the directory structure (removing the
archives "first" directory) as the rcs' packages also have a differing
structure.
