base-system, please, approve stabilization of sys-devel/autoconf-2.62.
Currently stable version has bug which case net-snmp to fail (bug #225893).
This was fixed in autoconf2-62:

2006-12-15  Paul Eggert  <eggert@cs.ucla.edu>

        * lib/autoconf/functions.m4 (AC_FUNC_GETMNTENT):
        Define HAVE_GETMNTENT to 1, not to the empty string.
        Problem originally reported by Jochen Friedrich in
        <http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=403243>.

We are going to stabilize net-snmp soon due to security issues thus I need to
have autoconf-2.62 stable too. Thank you in advance.

it cant be stabilized until Bug 217976 gets fixed

Mike what do you say if I commit autoconf-2.61-r2 with the following patch:

and ask to stabilize it immediately? I need this to stabilize net-snmp due to
security issues.

Ok, I think all archs want this patch anyway so I'm adding here all archs as
the only arch which is not affected by net-snmp security issue is m68k.

Arch teams please test and mark stable sys-devel/autoconf-2.61-r2.
