pnp4nagios needs an update for nagios-3 wrt a changed (and now more fhs-compliant) directory structure used. I also added a check to verify php has been built with the USE flags pnp4nagios needs.

Hi Tobi, 

is there a Chance to put this Update into Portage soon?
Version 0.4.8 introduced some Changes I'm really looking forward to and Caleb seems to be n/a for a while now.

I also hope, that the Directories don't change any more if this one hits the tree.

0.4.10 is now in portage, thanks for the ebuild.
