The ebuild for gromacs-3.3.1-r1 wants to apply the gromacs-ppc64-altivec.patch
when gromacs is compiled at the ppc64 arch with the altivec use flag enabled.

This patch was written for gromacs-3.2.1 and does not work with gromacs-3.3.1!
The file that is patched is not present in 3.3.1, and the ebuild dies with an
error that it can't apply this patch.

After removing this patch, by commenting the three appropiate lines in the
src_unpack() function in the ebuild for gromacs-3.3.1-r1, gromacs compiles and
runs fine on the ppc64 arch (playstation 3).

So please do not apply/use this patch with gromacs 3.3.1-r1!
