So why were those keywords dropped in the first place? Marked ~hppa. Adding ppc
as they don't have a keyword on version 19* either.

I didn't drop them but I can guess it's because of new API, for new testing,
simple as that.

~ppc is handled in another bug (media-sound/mixxx rekeywording) but oh well..

ppc, emerge "espeak" with "portaudio" USE flag and simple test by using 'espeak
"powerpc pwns the open source."' or something.

It's kind of blocking quite a set of packages from ~arch, unless I start to
unkeyword (I won't, waiting around till you guys get it)

According to aballier this prerelease fails on BSD, and should be fixed in
next. No rush, since a dev profile ain't stopping the unmasking.
