The new net-print/hplip ebuild allows optional dynamic PPD drivers through the use of cupsddk. However the latter isn't keyworded for ppc and ppc64, so I had to drop these keywords for net-print/hplip-2.8.5.

Please arches, test net-print/cupsddk on ppc and ppc64 and either keyword it or arch mask the 'cupsddk' local USE if it doesn't work. Then please keyword net-print/hplip-2.8.5 accordingly if needed.

Please ppc team, we need this urgently now due to bug #233959. We need to be able to remove old versions of hplip and new ones can't be keyworded ppc due to this.
