It is located at ftp://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/linux/czman/

and they are named man-pages-cs-0.17.20080113.tar.bz2

Sounds good, I have no interest in maintain the cs pages but I will bump them
for you in a few days here.

I put app-i18n/man-pages-cs-0.17.20080113 in the tree. Thanks for reporting. 

(Limited testing, I just made sure it installed.)
