Arch teams, please, stabilize app-arch/star-1.5. This if finally stable
release, more than month in portage, no open bugs. Thank you in advance.

Sparc stable.  It can read and extract from existing .tar files.  It can create
.tar files and tar can use them.  And it is indeed very fast. :)

removed unneded cp for amd64 in src_unpack.
