Description:   Opened: 2008-05-19 04:55 0000
alsa-*-1.0.16 is stable on amd64. alsa-*-1.0.16 has been introduced in
emul-linux-x86-soundlibs-20080418 which is still ~amd64. Older versions break
stuff, e.g. 32bit games on amd64.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
( This procedure is used since this is the only 32 bit game I play using alsa -
probably there are even more 32 bit games using alsa that will fail )
1. emerge enemy-territory
2. setup et-sdl to play enemy-territory using alsa sound
http://nullkey.ath.cx/~stuff/et-sdl-sound/
3. Use stable emul-linux-x86-soundlibs

Actual Results:
No sound output complainging about some wrong format problems

Expected Results:
Sound output

Upgrading to emul-linux-x86-soundlibs-20080418 fixes the problem and brings
back sound.
