It would be nice if the tools for the ZX Spectrum emulator (app-emulation/fuse)
would be megable.

See bug #222427 for an version bump of fuse-0.7.0 to 0.9.0

Add app-emulation/libspectrum as runtime dependency.
(fuse-utils conifigure script checks for it).

I forgot:
Stable libspectrum-0.2.2-r1 is not enough: compilation fails at some point in
rzxtool.c ( 'libspectrum_rzx_iterator' undeclared ), but with the next version
(0.4.0) everything works fine on my x86.
