path to readme.txt was wrong

Thanks for this.  I've added it (slightly modified to use the tarball instead
of the RPM and automatically construct the SRC_URI based on the ${PV}).  There
are no readme's installed now, and the readme's in the RPM package were
actually for version 9 of the software anyway :)

However, after some light testing under amd64 inside nspluginwrapper, I have
decided to p.masked this - It seems a bit flaky (crashes).

Unmask at your own peril.
