nylon rc-script

Here's a first crack at the rc-script.

I'm finding a couple of problems however. Nylon apparently forks a sub-process
for each connection. The parent Nylon process doesn't seem to want to die if
there are open connections. If you forcefully kill the parent process, and
then try to start anew, you get a bind exception (presumably on account of the
remaining orphaned sub-processes).

I'm a bit out of my element here, so apologies if that's a lame explanation. I
know sshd doesn't have such issues, so perhaps this is Nylon's problem to
resolve, and not Gentoo's problem to workaround?
