There are many files in /usr/lib/xfig which have executable bit set, but are just bitmaps or xfig figure files. They all get listed e.g. by revdep-rebuild and are considered executable binaries.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
Only files which need to be executable should have executable permission set.

Thank you for report, Volkmar. I've fixed permissions and also corrected location of that files. As xfig depends tightly on transfig I've changed location in both packages. FIXED in transfig-3.2.5-r1 and xfig-3.2.5-r2. Please test them and report any issues you experience.
