Description:   Opened: 2003-06-02 16:51 0000 
Kmyfirewall contains a explicit "Gentoo Mode" option.  This is set on install
by
a value in /usr/share/config/kmyfirewallrc

currently, the relevant block reads:

[PATHS]
gentoo_mode=false
install_path=/etc/kmyfirewall/

I don't think it would be too unreasonable to change the default to
"gentoo_mode=true" when kmyfirewall is being installed through portage.  If it
is undesireable to be changed in the original package (probably) then perhaps
it
can be patched in the ebuild.
