Since noone raised any objections I'd like to have cups 1.3 stabled along with
KDE 3.5.9 now to avoid the problem of a needed kdelibs rebuild once cups has
been upgraded.

A notice to run etc-update and revdep-rebuild after an upgrade from cups 1.2
has been added to the ebuild.

On sparc, cups-1.3.7-r1 tests as good.  armin76 (Raúl Porcel) will mark it
stable as part of the KDE effort.
