According to GStreamer documentation there should be libgstgio.so in
gst-plugins-base package but it is not installed with gst-plugins-base-0.10.19
ebuild. Also there is no separate ebuild gst-plugins-gio. GIO is new feature
added in glib-2.16.

What's your use case for this. Getting gnome-vfs benefits without gnome-vfs in
combination with GIO and GVFS? I'm thinking if we should be rdepend'ing on
gnome-base/gvfs or not
