Bump to 2.4.6.1 cause that's already got some GCC 4.3.0 fixes. A few cosmetic
fixes included.

This ebuild really needed an overhaul to be prettyfied and to use
python.eclass. So here it is. Suggested by drac wrt bug 220219.
