Here's what happens when compiling it :

Permission denied

I don't know who made this ebuild but patching a distfiles' file in distfiles,
is not really a good idea.

Guilty as charged.  On my system distfiles are copied to a temporary directory
before being used, I was assuming this was generally so.  Apparently not, will
fix...
