For user's convenience.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Emerge app-misc/screen
2. Use 'screen' for a couple of days with a lot of programs
3. Wait for a program to stop responding


Actual Results:  
'nonblock off' makes screen just a bit more troublesome

our system screenrc now includes defnonblock on.
