During the config.status the file is created:

config.status: creating ../tools/rules-updater.pl

But it's not saved during the merge

I think that rules-updater can't miss, since it's one of the most cool features of the 2.5.1 version :)

Install it :)


Expected Results:  
rules-updater.pl is missing
